25m DB walking lunge
20 sec L seat in support
15m handstand walk

Week 2 of wall facing HSPU! Remember, easy is not the path to progress.

Use two dumbbells on the lunges held like suitcases. Choose a weight that is challenging. Rx on the L-seat is on paralettes, legs straight. Rx+ is on your dumbbells. Scale to knee tuck on paralettes. Scale handstand walks to 30 shoulder taps on the wall (wall facing) or on a box (extra challenge is hip taps).
