    1 + 222 (I think…made it through the second round to 2 T2B). Did 300 single under to keep it moving. A DU attempt every few jumps.

    I also did the no equipment work cause why not-

    1+229 with 35# Db and C&J from the floor instead of the hang

    C2b tempo gets screwed up, my pull-up bar is a little bit too close to the wall for me to keep my kip normal lol

    That second set of DU took significantly longer than the first set πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
