Strength: Build to a heavy 2 snatch balance

Be extra controlled and careful bringing the bar down to your back.

For Time:
40 Toes to Bar
20 Power Snatches 115/85
40 Toes to Bar

then: forearm and calf smash/stretch

This is going to get spicy for the grip and the core. I recommend short sets with short breaks. Do NOT go to failure on the T2B, you’ll have a bad time. We will scale to kipping knee raises. The weight on the bar should be such that you can do sets of 3-5. Please don’t skip the mobility. Your calves and forearms will thank you!
