For Time:
Row 3000m
Run 2 miles
80 Strict Pull ups

You may split all of the work up however you see fit. You must do all of the rowing before moving on to the running and then the pull ups. One person working at a time. Maybe each person does a 500m row until you get to 3000m. For the run, maybe each person does a 400m until you get to a total of 2 miles. Enjoy.
