with a partner (alternating rounds)

10 rounds for weight of:

5 stone to shoulder

3 stone squats

1 stone carry down and back

obvs we will have to share stones. This is not for time anyway, so that’s fine.

If you cannot lift any of the stones, you will perform the same movements with the heaviest KB you can manage.
