Bar MU

Today we tackle the Bar MU. The scale today for those of you who have kipping chest to bar pull-ups, but can’t quite get the MU is shown above. If you’re still learning the kipping pull up/C2B pull up, then your scale is double the number of pull-ups at the highest level you can manage. The thrusters are HEAVY! There’s only 18 of them total. You can do this!
