AMRAP 12
1 legless rope climb from ground to 10’
30 stick jumps
10 burpees
2 legless rope climb
30 stick jumps
10 burpees…..

The legless rope climb will start with your bum on the floor and will end at the tape mark. You may use your feet on the way down, you may jump down. The scale for these is either rope pull-ups or towel pull-ups or or towel rows.
