Partner A:
Run 400m
Partner B:
15 Kettlebell Swings
15 Goblet Squats
15 KB Deadlifts
7 Burpees

Switch whenever Partner A finishes the run.

Partner B has an opportunity to rest if they push enough through the kettlebell movements. No matter if you’re finished or not, switch when your partner gets back from the run
