It’s dip day! Hope you’ve recovered from last week’s. It’s max effort sets, however, I’d like to see everyone get at least 5 reps per set. So maybe you do as many as you can with out a band and then hop into a light band to make it over 5 reps. We’ve done 18.0 before (think back to the first nutrition challenge). It’s fast!
