60 Heavy Russian KBS 70/55
40 Pull ups
20 Turkish Get up (10L/10R)
10 Bar Muscle ups

*C2B if Muscle ups are impossible

Endurance:
Warm up: 1/2 Reps for regular WOD at an easy pace
50 Air Squats
40 Push Ups
30 Russian KBS
20 Pull ups
10 TGU (5L/5R)
5 Bar Muscle Ups

Conditioning:
5×500 Meter Run- Rest 2 Minutes between efforts

5×100 Meter Sprint- Rest is walk back to starting line.
