My challenge to you for this workout is to do at least 3 sets of the power cleans touch and go. This will be heavy and hard, but important for building bar cycling efficiency. Double unders are super important during the Open, so use this opportunity to practice. Singles are OK for this workout, but practice getting a double under every 5th jump. No matter the scale 32 total jumps.
