Prep: Build to 70-75% of CJ with the complex:

1 DL + 1 Squat Clean + 1 Split Jerk

15 rounds of barbell work:

3 deadlifts

2 squat cleans

1 jerk

(Weight should be set at 70-75% of 1RM clean and jerk, reps do not need to be linked.)

(22:00 minute cap)

Team Stretch:

1 min each- Straddle to reach, thread the needle, single leg saddle (Half saddle)
