10 DB Clean and Shoulder to Overhead (S2O)

Mobility WOD

2 Rounds:
3 min Frog Stretch
2 min each side Couch
1 min Forward Fold (sitting)

The beginning portion of today is to get blood flowing through each body part. Every movement is easy except for the 10 DB Clean and S2O. Try to sprint this movement with control. The heart rate should be controlled throughout the AMRAP except for this movement.

Do your stretches. They’re good for you. I see deadlifts or thrusters in your future.
