6 Rounds for Time:
42 Cal Row
30 Burpees
18 Toes to Bar

Split work however you see fit. When it is your turn to work, go fast! Each movement should be a sprint.


Partner A Holds a Barbell or two dumbbells halfway up a bicep curl.

Partner B does 20 Bicep Curls with a light band as fast as possible.

Continue until both partners do 100 curls
