SS: 3 Minute ME Wallwalks

*Control Decent and walk hands away from wall rather than sliding off the wall out of control. Standards for this movement are: Bottom of push up position heels to wall, walk hands closer to wall while simultaneously walking feet up wall until chest touches wall in handstand position, then walk back away from the wall in a controlled manner until the feet reach the ground and athlete can return to bottom of push up position, which is one rep.

80 Lunges (Total)
70 Plate G2O 45/25
60 Hands Release Push ups
50 Pull ups

Core: 1 ME Leg Raise (6 inch hold for time)
