2 Rounds for Time:
1 mile Run
40 Tire Flip + Hop in and Hop out

Run together; split other work however you see fit.

After each tire flip, hop into the center of the tire and then hop to the other side. When picking a tire for your team, pick an appropriate weight and make sure there is room to hop in and out. There are plenty of tires to choose from.
