EMOM x 12:

ODD: 30 seconds of Strict Pull-Ups

EVEN: 3, 3, 2, 2, 1, 1 Deadlifts (building if time allows it)

***Confuscious say: the goal is not to max out on either lift, as it is to have to no misses***
