If you want to perform your best -- whether that's hitting a new deadlift PR or continuing to live independently -- working with our certified personal trainers will help you get there. Our trainers can help you
- build strength with tailored resistance programs,
- improve conditioning with CrossFit-style workouts,
- boost sport-specific fitness with individualized exercise selection,
- break through plateaus by focusing on limiting factors, and
- increase your ability to meet the demands of daily living, even if you're not a CrossFit athlete.
With a plan that's focused on your goals and individualized instruction, you'll have the tools and support you need to make progress towards your performance or healthy living goals.
Personal training sessions can be completed in addition to CrossFit classes or independent of them (you don't need to be a member to work with our trainers).
Working with a personal trainer starts with an assessment of your movement, any restrictions or pain, current fitness, health history, and goals. With this information, your trainer will craft a plan that includes in-person workouts and exercises you can complete at home to continue working on your fitness priorities.
A specialist will assess your painful joints or muscles, determine a plan of action for building correct motor patterns and strength, and build a plan that you can execute in the gym and at home to get you out of pain.
If you're undergoing physical therapy, our specialists can work with you independently and in collaboration with your physical therapist to make sure you're getting the most out of your therapy. They can also help you get back to training once you've completed your physical therapy by bridging the gap between your therapy exercises and functional strength. And if your pain returns, we have a network of highly qualified physical therapists that work with our team to ensure your program gets you out of pain and keeps you there.
