Our Kids program is designed to inspire a love for physical activity while building foundational skills in strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination.
Each session includes a mix of warm-ups, skill practice, workouts, and games, all crafted to keep kids motivated and excited. Our coaches are dedicated to providing a safe and fun learning environment, fostering confidence and resilience in every child.
CrossFit Kids helps children develop a healthy relationship with exercise, setting them up for a lifetime of fitness and well-being.
This fall just our Teens program will return.
CrossFit Teens is a fun filled program that is available to youth ages 11-17 years of age. It focuses on establishing and improving movement patterns for all abilities. No experience necessary. We prioritize safety and always have a great time while also getting a great workout.
Ages: 11-17
Dates: Mondays and Wednesdays
Time: 3:45pm-4:30pm
Fee: $180 for 9 week session*
