Coach CrossFit Level 1

Rachel has been at Crossfit Longmont since 2014. She originally started training in order to improve her fitness for playing women’s rugby. Now with her rugby playing days mostly behind her, Rachel is focused on Crossfit as a framework for lifelong fitness. She has 3 children and has focused her coaching on developing the Kids program at Crossfit Longmont. She hopes to make fitness fun for everyone and wants to teach others they can achieve things they didn’t think were possible. When she is not at Crossfit you can find her coaching or training Brazilian Juijitsu here in Longmont, another activity she and her kiddos all enjoy.
