Subbed hand release pushups in for HSPU cuz I did a million HSPU last night. Stuck to the upper end of reps. Good little workout to work out some of the stiffness/soreness from the week
Felt good once I was done. The rest was barely enough for me each round.
Subbed 20lb sitting overhead DB press for HSPU
Only 5-6 KB clean and jerk each round.
