Establish a 1RM Snatch
Then,

CompWOD:”Masters Qualifying Event 1”
“5 Minute AMRAP”
5 Muscle Ups
10 Clean and Jerks 155/105

*This is how CrossFit.com posted these qualifying events.  Yes the Snatch is before the AMRAP even though it says event 2. Don’t ask me why, thats just the way its posted so thats how I chose to keep it.
