Does anybody feel the fear this baby is showing at the sight of “Murph”? Have fun guys!!

EnduranceWOD (For Everybody!):
“Cindy Style MURPH” For Time:

1 Mile Run

20 Rounds of Cindy:
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Air Squats

1 Mile Run

ADV: Complete WOD with weight vest.

*We will be doing a different version of Murph on Memorial day, here is a broken up version, but on Memorial day we will be doing the 100 pull ups 200 Push ups 300 Air squat version (all reps completed before moving on), it will be an interesting experiment to see how the same reps and distance covered will change time wise when completed in a different order. If you plan to do it on both days be sure to record your time so you can compare!
