SS: Establish a 3RM Strict Press, then perform 1 Heavy single. 
*The single heavy attempt can be for a PR if you know you will get it, or can be less than your 1RM if you aren’t feeling it today, but the single heavy should be a successful rep.

SS2: 3×8 Seated Dumbbell Press- as heavy as possible
