WOD: “12 Days of Christmas”
1 Power Snatch 95/65 Adv:135/95
2 OHS
3 Deadlifts
4 Power Cleans
5 Front Squats
6 Bar Facing Burpees
7 T2B
8 Pull Ups
9 Kettlebell swings 55/35
10 Box Jumps 24/20
11 Hands Lift Push ups
12 OH Plate Lunges 45/25

*This WOD is performed just as the 12 days is sang. On the first day of Christmas our coaches gave to me 1 power snatch, on the second day of Christmas our coaches gave to me,  1 power snatch and 2 Overhead Squats,  on the third day of Christmas our coaches gave to me,  1 Power Snatch, 2 Overhead Squats, and 3 Deadlifts etc. etc. and so forth until you work your way, adding one exercise each round to the 12th day of Christmas. WOD is done for time.  Weight should be the same for all BB movements. Have fun and once again Merry Christmas!
