10 Dumbbell Snatches
10 Pull ups
10 Dumbbell Burpees

This is a high turnover AMRAP. The movements should keep you moving with minimal rests. Choose weight and scale reps accordingly. The dumbbell snatches are with one dumbbell and alternating each arm. These can be done as KB snatches as well if you would like to work on the skill or there are limited weights. Pull ups should be subbed with ring rows to keep turnover high or cut the reps of pull ups. Dumbbell Burpees are just burpees holding onto dumbbells. The standing up portion is like a deadlift. Demos in class of course.
