Rounds 1-2: 3 reps @ 60-70%
Rounds 3-4: 2 reps @ 70-80%
Rounds 5-6: 1 rep @ 80%+
Restart at the top each AMRAP.
In rounds 1-4, weight changes may only occur during the designated rest periods. In rounds 5-6, athletes may adjust weight during the working window as well as the rest periods.
