    Could only talk myself into 3 rounds of this today. Did strict pull-ups (10) and rx the rest. Still hurt bad!! 30 rx push-ups is A LOT for me.

    35:16 rx (includes an extra :30 second rest between round 3 and 4 because Zac was using the pull-up bar)

    Zac was 26:38 rx (3:03 / 2:57 / 3:00 / 2:59 / 2:39)

    He finished his 4th round when I finished my 3rd 😂

    My legs and stomach were smoked from Monday, so this was a gritty workout. I only had time for 3 rounds before I had to get back to work
    round 1= 5:19

    round 3=6:19
    rounds 4 & 5 were not going to go well
