I got to test this workout on Sunday. The workout gets real around minute 10. This workout is a mental test as much as physical. As with any EMOM, you should move fast when the minute starts, but with this heavier weight technique matters a lot. I ranged from 15-24 secs for each set. If you’re moving too much faster than that, move up in weight. If you’re moving much slower than that (30+), you should probably move down in weight.
