The first part of this workout is helping to prime the explosive power in your legs for your max lifts tomorrow. Take a lot of sets to build to a high box jump.

This short workout should make you breath hard, but not overly tax you for tomorrow. Focus on full hip extension during your med ball cleans. For the med ball sit ups, make sure to touch the med ball behind your head and then in front of your feet.
