Power Snatch + Hang Squat Snatch

(start at approx 50-60% of 1 rm Snatch, Build up each round. You may only miss twice in a 2 min. period.

Post score to board.

2 rounds of each, race with a partner:

  • 4 Burpee Box Jump (24/20) + 11/8 Cal Assault vs. 20/15 Cal Schwinn
  • 10 Jumping Lunges + 200 ft. shuttle sprint (down & back twice)
  • 12/10 Cal Row + 2 Rope Climbs

*rest as needed, score your fastest times on each.*
