Front Squat at 65-75% with a 3 sec pause at the bottom of each squat
First part of the workout is about technique. The second is about positional strength. Both are important for Olympic lifting. Start at 75% of your snatch and be ready to move up as you get more comfortable in your lifts. You should have plenty of time to recover, so focus progressing in the movements. Enjoy the strength day!
