Today is about moving around a heavy Back Squat while fatigued. The weight is going to feel a lot heavier than 70%, but focus on your form and you will be just fine. The weight on the DB or KB for the clean to overhead does not matter as much, so don’t get wrapped around the weight. For scaling the double unders, stick jumps are most appropriate today.
