10 Pumpkin thrusters

10 Burpee over pumpkin

31 Pumpkin Squats

200m Pumpkin run

Cash out: 50 Pumpkin sit-up toss (total)

*Each movement will be performed entirely by each partner, before moving on. Sprint, so that your partner doesn’t rest too long!*
