Yesterday’s strict pull ups were the start of our gymnastics strength and skill cycle. You may kip today’s dips ONLY if you can do 8 strict. Scales for the dips will be bands on the rings or box dips. Expect the pushups to be really really hard. If your form crumbles, scale down so you can keep moving. The cleans are relatively light: Enjoy!
