Today is something a little different to our normal class. Bench press is a great way to build our pushing strength and allow us to mix up the plane we push in. Variance is one of the best attributes of CrossFit, so lets mix it up.
75 Burpees is a lot of burpees, buuuuuuttttt that is all we are doing today. There is no time to rest or take breaks. Just pick a pace and hold on. Get uncomfortable! And try to get comfortable with being uncomfortable.
The land of uncomfortable is what changes you. That is where we see the “favorable adaptations” like lower blood pressure, lower resting heart rate, better A1C (average blood glucose levels), and VO2 max. Salud! To your health!
