All of the snatches in this workout should be snappy. Practice a true power snatch and not muscle snatch or pressing out each rep. This is a good chance to work on some snatch technique. Push the runs. Technique on the Snatches.
Spend 2 min on each of the above mobility pieces: 2 min right lat rolling, 2 min left lat rolling, etc… Make it hurt loosen up those tight muscles. This will add 3.275 years to your life, make your lift 173 more lbs, and grow 2 inches taller, so take advantage of the mobility.
