3 Rounds for Time:
50 Double Unders
15 Toes to Bar
15 Kettlebell Swings
Build to a Heavy 5 ea leg of Bulgarian Split Squat with Dumbbells/Kettlebells
Starting today with the METCON to mix things up a bit today. Sub stick jumps for double unders if you do not have them yet. If you have some double unders, reduce the number to keep you moving and reduce frustration. Toes to bar is perscribed; however, if you do not have them yet, just get the feet as high as you can. Also, scale to what keeps you moving. Single toes to bar at a time is not the intent until maybe the last round. Kettlebell swings should be unbroken.
Most athletic movements are done on one leg, so unilateral training is important as well. Bulagarian split squats can identify some imbalances and will make our squat stronger.
