EMOM x6: 

Even- 15 to 20 Wall Ball Shots

Odd- 5 down + back shuttle sprints (25′)

EMOM x6:

Even- 40 Double-Unders

Odd- 8 to 16 Toes to Bar

EMOM x12: (6 sets)

Even- Hang Power Clean + Hang Squat Clean (building each round to max for the day)

Odd- REST

**Rest 2 minutes in between each EMOM. They should put the fear in you… just like an angry mother. Pick a rep scheme right for you. 28 minutes total**
