30 hollow rocks
15 back extensions (not hip ext)
30 hollow thigh taps
15 arch rocks

I know you’re all loving these ab workouts! The bulgarian split squats may be performed with any mode of weight: DBs, KBs, Barbells….. Just go heavy and make em hurt!
