1: 10 burpee box overs
2: 16 DB snatch alternating
3: 10 shuttle run
4: 1 min DB plank passes
5: rest

Yep, this is going to be hard and long and mentally challenging. If you get steamrolled, knock off 2 reps from that movement. Work hard and fast and earn your rest!
