Solid core=solid lifts. Today is a great day to improve core stability and gain sexy points. Double unders will be scaled to 90 singles OR 30 stick jumps. As always, coaches will go over proper scaling for hollow rocks and V-ups. Body saws are new for us and SO SO FUN! Even though this is for time, please focus on quality movement as that’s where the benefits are found.
