100 *Grasshoppers/ Ring Hold

100 Box Jumps/ Mid-thigh Hold (95/65)

*One person working at a time.

Partners complete the run and row in intervals of 200 meters.

The grasshopper and box jump reps are shared however the teams choose. While one person does grasshoppers, the other must hold the top of a ring dip.

While one person does box jumps, the other holds a barbell (95/65 lbs) at the mid-thigh position of a standard clean. Distance or reps for each exercise must be completed before advancing to the next exercise.
