10 Front squats (95/65)

20 Burpees over the bar

20 Sumo-Deadlift high pulls (95/65)

20 Thrusters (95/65)

50 Double unders

(Partner A must do all reps of one movement, while Partner B rests. Tag off. Each partner must do all reps of each movement before moving on.)
