Partner Workout3 min at each station
Push Up (partner A must be in plank while partner B is working)
Suicide Run (You go, I go)
Sit Ups (partner A must be in Hollow hold while Partner B is working)
Pull Ups (partner A must be hanging while Partner B is doing Pull Ups)
Burpees (Both Partners)
Buddy Rows (Split work however)
