Rd. 5) Max Rep Front Squat (SCORE)

EMOM x 10 minutes:

Burpee over bar (with bumper plates for height)

(Your score is the lowest number of burpees you perform in any single minute. Example: If William Ferrell does 12, 12, 10, 9, 5, 9, 9, 8, 7, 8… his score is 5. Treat this kind of like a tabata. William might as well have not done more than 5 burpees after he shit the bed.)
