Strength: Find a 1 Rep Max Front Squat. (17 min)

Partner WOD// For Time:

6 Ring Muscle-Up (pick a reasonable goal to complete in :60 or less)

5-4-3-2-1 Clean & jerk (increase weight each round, starting around 60%)

** Partner 1 will complete M-Ups and 5 C+Js while Partner 2 waits for completion. Partner 1 will rest while Partner 2 does the same. On the next round, only 4 C+Js will be performed, but with the added weight.

** Score is time and final weight.
