3x 1 back squat @ 90-95% of 1RM

15 min EMOM  (5 rounds)

1.) 1 Squat Clean + 1 Front Squat (65-70%/moderately heavy with good form)

2.) 5 Strict Handstand pushups (increase or decrease difficulty to reach all 5 reps in at least :40)

3.) 10 Pull-ups
