We’re starting a weightlifting cycle starting today. Today’s complex will be limited by the push press. The focus for the day should be a straight up and down dip and driving the bar as hard as possible up. Enjoy.

Today’s a chipper with progressively harder movements. Today is a good day to work on your double under skills. If you struggle with double unders but you can do a few, just scale the number of reps. We’re going for about 2.5 minutes of practice. No matter what rep you’re on, move on at 2.5 minutes of work. Keep chipping away at the reps. Push hard.
