Death by Strict Pull Up

Let’s get HUUUUGE! This Squat is used to help you build strength through your sticking point. We’re looking for a set of 4 as heavy as you can with BEAUTIFUL form and no crazy bouncing at the bottom. For the pull-ups: use bands to scale. I want everyone to get through the round of 8. If you fail before that, grab a band and get to round 8. No egos here, just GAINS!
